Sales Development Specialist Profile We re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a SaaS-style SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting role
  • Strong B2B outbound prospecting background
  • Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for a closing team
  • Comfortable working to activity and conversion metrics
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated
  • Quick learner who enjoys working in fast-paced sales environments
  • Experience in Logistics, Tech, SaaS, or Subscription-based sales is highly desirable
Sales Development Specialist Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects
  • Run outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Achieve daily outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
  • Qualify prospects using SaaS-style discovery frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC-light, etc.)
  • Book high-quality appointments for the Business Development team
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development to optimise messaging and targeting
  • Hit individual appointment and pipeline contribution targets
