eLearning Technical Training Coordinator
eLearning Technical Training Coordinator - Hybrid - (4 Month Contract) - £200 Day Rate About the Role Our client is rolling out a new company wide Learning Management System (LMS) called Learning Pool to replace their current platform. They're looking for an organised and content focused training professional to join on a 'temp to perm' basis to help them build engaging, user-friendly content and support their internal training teams as they launch. This is not a typical content creation role, nor is it a training delivery role - their subject matter experts and training team will supply the content, most of which is already in place from the previous system. Your role is to translate the existing content into interactive, impactful online learning modules, adding them to the new e-learning platform. eLearning Technical Training Coordinator - The Details

- Location: Hybrid - home-based with occasional travel to Newcastle and some UK sites
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hybrid working with a heavy home-based element.

- Content Building (c. 75% of role):
- Take existing learning content and add it into the new e-learning platform.

- Experience using Learning Pool and/or Adapt Builder (desirable but not essential if you can quickly learn new systems).
- A good understanding of instructional design principles — how to turn raw content into engaging eLearning rather than simply uploading documents.
