The Role:
Are you a dynamic business leader with experience in CCTV and remote monitoring technology? Detego Professional Services (DPS), a division of the award-winning digital forensics and cyber security company Detego Global, is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Manager to lead and grow our rapidly expanding remote CCTV monitoring services business.
As Business Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and scale a high-growth business unit, shaping the future of our 24/7/365 professional CCTV monitoring and management services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for DPS’ remote CCTV monitoring and security services
- Take ownership of business development and revenue growth across the division
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the corporate, commercial, and high-net-worth sectors
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Work closely with technical teams to design tailored security solutions that meet customer requirements
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Represent Detego Professional Services at industry events, client meetings, and conferences
- Drive the continued growth and expansion of our professional monitoring services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new commercial opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- An entrepreneurial leader with proven experience in CCTV, remote monitoring technology, or electronic security systems
- A strong commercial background with a successful track record in business development and revenue growth
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A deep understanding of remote monitoring, security operations, and incident management
- Experience building, managing, or scaling successful business operations
- The ability to navigate complex commercial and technical environments while delivering exceptional customer outcomes
Location: UK-based with flexibility for hybrid working
Compensation:
- Attractive base salary depending on experience
