AI Learning Communications Lead

On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a AI Learning Communications Lead for a 6 month contract based in London with remote working available (Hybrid).

To support Deutsche Bank's AI mobilisation efforts by developing and implementing communications to support the deployment of AI educational resources, training programmes, and engagement initiatives. The role ensures employees are aware of, enrolled in, and actively participating in AI learning, both general and tool specific through strategic communication planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

AI Learning Resource Coordination

• Track and maintain an inventory of AI learning resources, including foundational courses like Generative AI Fundamentals and tool-specific training for platforms such as GitHub Copilot and Google Gemini Code Assist.
• Liaise with training teams to ensure timely updates and availability of materials.

Communications Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage a calendar of communications to promote AI training and engagement.
• Draft and distribute internal communications (emails, intranet posts, Confluence updates) to drive awareness and attendance.
• Collaborate with engineering and innovation teams to tailor messaging for different audiences (e.g. technologists vs. business executives).

Engagement & Feedback

• Monitor participation rates and feedback from training sessions.
• Identify gaps in engagement and propose targeted campaigns to address them.
• Support attestation and compliance tracking for AI tool usage.

Required Skills & Experience:-

Communication & Engagement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in internal or external communications, preferably in a technical or transformation context.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Project & Campaign Management

• Experience planning and executing communication campaigns.

AI & Technology Awareness

• Ability to translate technical content into accessible language.

Stakeholder Management

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
