On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Learning and Development Senior Analyst for a 6 month contract based in Birmingham, hybrid working.
Purpose of the role:
The Learning and Development specialist role is within TDI's Global Business Partner team supports the transformation of TDI employees through a focus on learning, development, and ensuring rigor in all in our people decisions. It ensures consistent talent practices including a focus on key talent segments, focusing on mission critical capabilities, enabling transparency on career paths and pipeline management for potential talent, alongside the delivery of future proof learning platforms that help to drive a learning culture and contribute to the future of work.
You will be part of the Learning & Development team within HR / TDI, which focuses on provision of individual support aligned to key talent segments and TDI-wide development programmes, and strategic learning initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Lead and collaborate on project activities and deliverables relating to the Learning & Development programmes and initiatives contained within the Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) People Strategy
- Support the implementation of Career Development Frameworks for all Technology Professions, working closely with subject matter experts within TDI
- Co-ordinate the implementation of learning and development pathways for all Technology professions linked to the career development framework within the Learner Experience Platform
- Provide insight and direction on the delivery of employee development initiatives resulting from key strategic vendor partnerships, including the implementation of certification programmes and similar initiatives
- Work with project sponsors on the implementation of re-skilling programmes for non-engineers to support their placement in technology roles, with particular focus on supporting diverse talent
- Provide support for the assessment of training needs and training budget planning activity across TDI including ongoing governance including requests in relation to training spend
- Undertake analysis on learning, training, and development transcript records for reporting to HR Business Partners, TDI Senior Management, and stakeholder groups
The skills you'll need:
- Project/Programme Management experience, specifically in relation to the administration of deliverables and senior stakeholder management.
- Previous experience in a Finance or Technology organisation, working within a HR, Learning & Development or Talent function
- An understanding of the roles contained in a large, complex technology organisation, including role composition, qualifications, and typical career progression
- Communication skills and experience in preparing presentations with an analytical storyline for senior management
- Experience of working within an agile team on a global and remote basis
