Summary
As key members of the delivery function , our Delivery Leads are responsible for ensuring that all our roadmaps are fulfilled and that our customers are in the best possible position to release and market our games to their customers.

Managing multiple deliveries in parallel, the Delivery Manager will plan out the required work and work as part of the Delivery Team in executing the required functions to ensure that all content is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard. Working closely with the studio as well as the customer, this is a key dynamic role within the business that will prove to be both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities
* Working closely with Head of Delivery and US / EU account managers to plan and co-ordinate all functions and milestones required by customers to achieve the agreed roadmap.
* Ensure that each delivery brief has the required information to ensure a smooth and efficient journey through the studio.
* Become the subject matter expert for your clients ensuring that all operators and associated platforms are clearly and concisely scoped and all requirements are gathered and clearly understood and implemented by all teams.
* Take overall ownership and responsibility of your clients and their related tasks. Ensure you are always aware of decisions, projects, and any other forms of ongoing work.
* Work with department heads and other Delivery Managers to ensure that all delivery processes and documentation is uniform and being implemented fully and accurately.
* Prioritization of own tasks and projects as required to ensure successful delivery of all games.
* Encourage good communication between teams and individuals ensuring that project updates and changes are discussed, agreed and documented.
* Maintain regular touch-points with clients, via email and also calls where appropriate. Maintain and regularly update other day-to-day channels of communication used for sharing information, such as Trello, Monday or Teams.
* Build strong relationships with both internal teams and clients ensuring that deliveries flow seamlessly through the process
* Suggests any process or tooling updates that may improve the efficiency of the delivery process.
* Help build up a thorough resource of documentation detailing fully each game that we deliver as well as the specific functionality and requirements of all operators and platforms.
* Build a strong understanding of your clients and how they are performing with an eye at looking for ways to maximize commercial opportunities that are beneficial to both the company and the client.
* Take an active interest in the product you are delivering to your clients. Understand the product, the decision making that went into shaping it and the strategic and design reasons for this being part of our offering. Be confident in your understanding to support the clients when trying to deliver them our products and handle any queries they have.
