Senior Architect / Tooling Automation LeadThis role requires someone with immediate availabilityContract: Initial 3 months with strong extension potentialPrimarily remote role with ability to travel to London when necessary.We are looking for a Senior Architect to join a major telecommunications transformation programme with one of our clients. This is a high-impact role leading a small team to drive the convergence and automation of network rollout tooling, working closely with transformation and OSS teams to define future-state solutions.You'll bring deep OSS/BSS expertise, strong architecture experience and a consultative approach, helping shape the client's strategic tooling landscape while providing external insight into industry best practice and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a small team of client and consultancy resources.Assess and improve the OSS/BSS tooling landscape for network rollout and deployment.Capture business requirements and translate them into strategic OSS solutions.Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.Drive automation, process improvement and tooling innovation.Provide market insight and thought leadership on OSS technologies and network automation.Work with OSS teams to align requirements with the wider technology roadmap.Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience in telecommunications and OSS/BSS architecture.Proven delivery of OSS transformation or network automation programmes.Strong knowledge of network rollout, deployment and operational workflows.Experience leading architecture discussions and stakeholder workshops.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Consultancy or Tier 1 telecommunications experience preferred.TPBN1_UKTJ
