Business Analyst

We’re looking for a capable and adaptable Business Analyst to support a wide-ranging digital transformation effort. This position involves working across multiple teams to explore existing operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape future ways of working. The role suits someone who is comfortable working in uncertain environments and who can build alignment across both internal and external stakeholders.

Please note this role is outside IR35 and requires two days per week onsite.

Core Focus Areas:

• Collaborate on the evolution of business processes, contributing to the design and definition of future-state operations.
• Analyse workflows, data, and system interactions to support strategic decision-making and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Navigate low-documentation environments, making sense of incomplete or informal information to drive clarity and progress.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops across varied groups, including those with limited appetite for change.
• Coordinate with external vendors and delivery partners to facilitate key inputs and ensure aligned progress.
• Maintain awareness of related initiatives and assess cross-programme impacts to support cohesive transformation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational awareness, with the ability to balance competing priorities and pivot focus as required.
• Experience contributing within complex, multi-stream environments alongside Product Managers, PMs, Analysts, and other delivery professionals.
• Understanding of business process design, mapping user interactions, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach to delivering insights and recommendations.
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing decisions through clear, confident communication.
• Comfortable developing recommendations grounded in data and communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
• Confident in preparing materials and presenting to varied audiences, from operational teams to senior leadership.
