Salesforce Support Co-ordinator / Project Support

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation (charity) to help them secure a talented Salesforce Support Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract. You will be tasked with the following,

  • Provide ongoing support to staff to support their learning and confidence in the CRM.
  • Set up and manage user access, including portal activation, keeping track of licenses and permission sets.
  • Support training sessions (one-to-ones and workshops) to support new and existing end-users.
  • Create user guides, documentation and self-service resources to assist staff with common Salesforce tasks and best practices.
  • Support external users to enrol and utilise the customers self-service portal, including the payment of subscriptions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and provide troubleshooting assistance where required.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues promptly.
  • Triage and action support requests/tickets and keep the action log up to date.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Support configuration and troubleshooting on Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, permission sets, and similar operational tasks.
