Salesforce Support Co-ordinator / Project Support
Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation (charity) to help them secure a talented Salesforce Support Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract. You will be tasked with the following,
- Provide ongoing support to staff to support their learning and confidence in the CRM.
- Set up and manage user access, including portal activation, keeping track of licenses and permission sets.
- Support training sessions (one-to-ones and workshops) to support new and existing end-users.
- Create user guides, documentation and self-service resources to assist staff with common Salesforce tasks and best practices.
- Support external users to enrol and utilise the customers self-service portal, including the payment of subscriptions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and provide troubleshooting assistance where required.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues promptly.
- Triage and action support requests/tickets and keep the action log up to date.
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Support configuration and troubleshooting on Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, permission sets, and similar operational tasks.
