Separation / Carve Out IT Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Separation / Carve-Out IT Project Manager for an initial 12 month contract to lead and coordinate critical IT separation activities for a major corporate carve-out programme. This role will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and governance of IT separation workstreams, ensuring a successful transition from Day 1 through TSA exit and operational independence.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering IT carve-out, separation, divestiture, or M&A programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and TSA exit planning.
• Experience leading complex IT infrastructure separation and transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated success delivering IT portfolios, transformation initiatives, or integration programmes.
• Experience establishing programme governance, reporting structures, and delivery frameworks.
• Strong supplier management and procurement experience, including RFP creation and vendor selection.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme leadership capability.
• Able to operate effectively within complex and fast-paced transformation environments.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries would be extremely beneficial for this role.
