Service Desk Analyst

Are you a Service Desk Analyst with at least 1 years experience in a professional services industry? If so I have an exciting opportunity for you.

I am currently partnered with a top London Law firm who are looking to bring on a Service Desk Analyst to their team. The role would be hybrid with a 1 week at home 1 week on site policy and the salary available is up to £34,000 p/a on call allowances

Required experineceL

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with demonstrable general knowledge of hardware, such as laptops (Intune), and mobiles.
• A minimum of 12 months' IT help desk support experience within a professional service
• Experience of core Microsoft Office 365 products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• General understanding of legal software is advantageous.
• Audio/Video conference knowledge desirable.
• ITIL Foundation qualification desirable.
