T-SQL Developer / DBA

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mid-Level T-SQL Developer / DBA to join our growing data team. This role blends deep technical expertise in SQL Server development and database administration with a keen understanding of business intelligence (BI) and the ability to interpret and respond to business requirements.

• Experience in T-SQL development and SQL Server administration.
• Strong understanding of relational database design and performance optimization techniques.
• Solid experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with source control and deployment best practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Azure Data Platform (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory).
• Exposure to other database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
