Devonshire Hayes have been engaged by a fantastic organisation to help the secure a dynamic and talented leader as a Head of Salesforce CoE.

Location: London, Glasgow or Cardiff

Job Spec:

Strategic Vision and Leadership - Possesses a clear strategic vision for how Salesforce aligns with an organisations broader business goals. This includes:

• Defining the CRM roadmap
• Prioritising initiatives based on ROI
• Leading cross-functional collaboration
• Salesforce Expertise - Extensive hands-on functional and technical experience with Salesforce products and architecture, including:
• Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Integration
• Configuration and development
• Platform scalability and governance
• CoE Leadership & Strategic Alignment - Clear ability to define and evolve a Salesforce CoE including:
• Experience in managing a Salesforce CoE including recruitment, operating model design/implementation, and governance.
• Experience Skilled in long-term planning and roadmap development for Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience of managing all aspects of a CoE including Administrators, developers, DevOps, Release management, integration and architects.

Ideally they would like you to attend the office 1 day per week.
