THE ROLE

Paragon is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Director to lead one of our most important strategic partnerships – our alliance with Atos.

This is a rare opportunity to own a board-sponsored, high-growth relationship with preferred supplier status and significant long-term potential. You'll collaborate closely with Atos sales and account teams to identify, shape and close transformational opportunities across public and private sector organisations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive new business growth through the Atos partnership.

• Build and convert a high-value sales pipeline across multiple sectors.

• Develop compelling joint value propositions that solve real customer challenges.

• Engage senior stakeholders and influence complex buying decisions.

• Position Paragon as the partner of choice for customer communications, print and digital communication services.

• Represent the partnership at strategic sales reviews, governance forums and client engagements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A consistent track record of exceeding enterprise B2B sales targets.

• Experience selling complex solutions into large organisations and public sector bodies.

• Strong partnership, alliance or ecosystem sales experience.

• Confidence operating with executive-level stakeholders.

• A proactive, resilient and highly commercial mindset.
