About the Role
We're looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join the Talent Operations team here at Dex.
The Talent Ops team is a swiss army knife team that supports candidates, clients, growth and product, helping us to build Dex and delight clients and candidates.
You'll report directly to our CEO Paddy and work cross functionally in the organisation supporting our long list of Tier 1 clients as they hire top engineering talent through Dex
What kind of experience are we looking for
You must have recruitment agency experience, ideally working with start ups and leading technology businesses.
You need to be smart, hard working and flexible. You will work on a wide variety of different projects and tasks.
