Description

Develops detailed data design artefacts to support LOB discovery and design for Release 3. Ensures data elements, transformations, and lineage are clearly defined to support development.

Role Details and Deliverables

~ Conduct data discovery and profiling for each LOB

~ Translate business needs into data requirements and mapping

~ Support ingestion, cleansing, and transformation logic design

Personas, Skills, and Requirements

~ Strong SQL and analytics skills

~ Highly organized and comfortable working with ambiguity

~ Insurance or underwriting domain experience a plus

Ways of Working

~ Works within Scrum depending on data tasks

~ Uses ADO for work item tracking

~ Daily stand-ups

~ Sprint planning and backlog refinement

~ Data-specific workshops with SMEs

~ Provides weekly updates on data deliverables

~ Maintains data risks, dependencies, and decisions

~ Contributes to RAID and reporting packs
