Senior Product Manager (London)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within our Product Team. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that transform how people buy, sell, and rent property.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and execute product strategy for assigned product areas, aligned with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value.

Product Development & Delivery:
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Manage product backlogs and sprint planning, working within Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management:
Partner with senior leadership to align product initiatives with business goals and communicate progress against key objectives.
Collaborate with Product Ops, support, and internal teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Define and track key product metrics, using data to measure success and inform product decisions.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimise product features and user experience.
Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and feature gaps.

Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior product role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence without authority.
Experience working with engineering and design teams in Agile environments.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and modern product development practices.
Experience in real estate, PropTech, or related industries highly desirable.
Strong business acumen with ability to balance user needs with commercial objectives.
