* Use AI to manage, accelerate, and improve how the team works.
* Build guides, templates, and reference implementations that help departments adopt tools. Junior Digital Transformation Analyst Attributes/Skills: * Experience working within a financial firm would be highly beneficial.
* Experience working with AI from a Degree would also be highly beneficial.
* 1-2 years' experience in a digital, technology, or product-focused environment - or a graduate with demonstrable interest in these areas.
