AI B2B SaaS Account Executive (UK Market)

About the Company

Profitable 25x people AI B2B SaaS startup in hypergrowth. Our client is a fast-growing AI B2B SaaS startup based in Berlin building a world-class AI-driven SaaS platform that transforms corporate communication and workflow efficiency. The company is super successful: Already profitable with 7-figure ARR (4m€+), growing ARR / Revenue by 15% month-on-month and are therefore in a hypergrowth motion! Germany is going very well, now they are launching the UK market with a "Founding AE" on the ground in the UK + ca. 2 weeks per quarter in Berlin.

About the Role

Founding AE (m/f/d) in the UK. You will launch the UK market as a Full Cycle Account Executive, you will own and scale the sales motion end-to-end. This is a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on role with massive growth potential (e.g. role up your sleeves and cold call!). You can work remotely from the UK, but you should be in the Berlin headquarter for 1-2 weeks per quarter!

Responsibilities

  • Financial Services ICP: You sell the B2B SaaS software to the financial services industry (VC funds, PE funds, M&A boutiques and similar) - you should feel comfortable selling to this ICP! Being based in or close to London is a plus...
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership in the UK: Lead the entire sales funnel—from proactive prospecting and initial outreach to conducting demos, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • GTM Strategy & Optimization: Develop and test scalable sales playbooks, experiment with multi-channel outreach tactics, and refine messaging to optimize conversion rates.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, ensuring an exceptional, value-driven experience throughout the entire customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Energy over CV: Even with just 1 year of closing experience (or similar) you could be the perfect fit, if you bring the right level of energy and attitude!
  • Mindset: High degree of ownership and accountability. You thrive in dynamic settings, love to build things from scratch, and prioritize execution over perfection.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking to optimize your sales funnel based on data and field insights.
  • Communication + English skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. C2 Level in English is required.

Pay range and compensation package

Attractive Package: Six-figure OTE with 50/50 split.
