Graduate Network Operations and Support Coordinator

*Location:* Guildford, with travel to Network Partner locations across the UK as required
*Working arrangements:* Primarily office based
*Salary:* up to £30,000 per annum
*Contract:* Permanent, Monday to Friday

*Start your career at the heart of a growing national logistics network*

Diamond Logistics is looking for a bright, highly organised and proactive graduate to join us as a Network Operations and Support Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in a varied role offering hands on experience across operations, technology, project support, compliance and business improvement.

You will be the first point of contact for many day to day operational, system and administrative queries from across our Network. You will resolve straightforward requests, coordinate the right support and make sure actions are followed through to completion.

Working closely with our Network Implementation Manager and Business Systems and Project Lead, you will also support new Network Partner launches, technology improvements to our in house purpose built system and important business projects.

This is not a traditional graduate scheme or a narrow administration role. You will be given genuine responsibility, practical experience and the opportunity to make a visible difference from the outset, with support to develop your skills and build your career within Diamond.

*What you will be doing*

* Act as the first point of contact for Network Partner operational, system and support queries
* Resolve routine ticket requests in line with the SLA we have with our Network Partners and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
* Monitor support requests, maintain accurate communication records and ensure actions are progressed through to completion
* Assist in supporting and coordinating the onboarding and launch of new Network Partners
* Coordinate carrier applications, system access, user setup and training arrangements.
* Maintain accurate compliance records, operational trackers, action plans and supporting evidence
* Prepare clear process guides and training materials
* Support system testing, updates and the collection of user feedback
* Assist with operational reviews by preparing reports, performance information and outstanding actions
* Support the planning and delivery of operational, technology and implementation projects
* Analyse recurring queries and challenges to help us identify practical improvements, particularly with our bespoke software
* Visit Network Partner locations to support launches, training and operational activity as required

*About you*

You may be a recent graduate or preparing to take the first significant step in your career. We are open to different degree disciplines and are more interested in your potential, approach and ability to learn than in a particular subject.

You are likely to thrive in this role if you:

* Are highly organised, methodical and attentive to detail
* Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Enjoy helping people and providing responsive, dependable support
* Can manage several competing priorities without losing track of the detail
* Take ownership of tasks and can be trusted to follow them through
* Use initiative while recognising when an issue needs to be escalated
* Approach problems calmly, logically and practically
* Are confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
* Are comfortable learning new technology, systems and processes
* Can interpret information and present it clearly
* Handle business records and confidential information accurately and discreetly
* Look for ways to improve how things are done and updating business processes accordingly
* Enjoy working collaboratively while also managing your own workload

*Practical requirements*

This is primarily an on-site role based at our Guildford office. As the office is in a rural location with limited public transport, you will need reliable transport to travel to and from work.

You must also be willing and able to travel within the UK to support Network Partner launches, training and operational activity as required. Some visits may require early starts or overnight stays, for which reasonable business expenses will be covered.

*What we offer*

* 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
* NEST workplace pension
* Complimentary lunch and healthy food options on site
* Training and professional development
* Genuine responsibility and the opportunity to build a career in logistics

*About Diamond Logistics*

Diamond Logistics is a growing national logistics and fulfilment business, powered by our own technology platform and a Network of locally operated service centres across the UK.

We believe in shared success, taking ownership and treating people as valued as parcels. If you want a varied role where you can learn quickly, make a visible difference and help shape a growing network, we would love to hear from you.
