Senior Engineer (Full Stack | Kotlin + Java) – UK Based

Diatom Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer with strong experience in Kotlin, Java, and full-stack development to support delivery for a key UK client.

This role requires the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams with occasional travel to London .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality backend services using Kotlin and Java
• Contribute to full-stack delivery (frontend + backend where needed)
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams
• Support integration, testing, and deployment activities
• Work within modern engineering practices (CI/CD, microservices, cloud)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with both Kotlin and Java
• Experience in full-stack development
• Solid understanding of microservices , APIs, and cloud environments
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams
• Must be UK-based and able to travel to London when required
