Engages with banking customers to ensure implementation, and successful application of company products and services. Manages an implementation queue, ensuring high quality customer experience and, at the same time, maximizing both utilization of internal resources and revenue activations. Addresses customer issues throughout the deployment process, taking ownership of issues and following through on resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Implementation support for medium to large well-defined customer implementation projects.
  • Ownership and management of smaller or non-complex banking projects
  • Follows defined procedures to facilitate / manage all aspects of assigned implementation projects and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Creates, maintains and distributes project plans and task lists, tracking the delivery of tasks assigned to project team members.
  • Interfaces with customers, project teams and the sales team on a regular cadence.
  • Supports the management of the account P&L's and all related commercial tasks
  • Troubleshoots and documents specific customer issues ( For Example, performance and application issues).
  • Manages varying degrees of priorities and demands, both internal and customer driven.
  • Coordinates with customers to manage all steps from order visibility, on-time delivery, installation and order closure.
  • Thoughtfully escalates customer- and/or process-related issues and questions.
  • Develops, maintains and updates customer status and other management reports.
  • Has a proven ability to work independently

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Hardware implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Demonstrable Microsoft Office skills a must particularly in Excel.
