The Role

As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll be the strategic force behind our Dynamics 365 implementations. You’ll define and govern architecture across complex, multi-country environments, ensuring seamless integration between D365, ISVs, and legacy systems whilst shaping Azure infrastructure, release pipelines, and technology strategy.

You’ll tackle genuinely challenging problems—from multi-country D365 Finance & Operations rollouts to intricate manufacturing integrations—collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver solutions that align technology with strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain enterprise-level architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical excellence
• Define integration patterns between D365, ISVs, and legacy applications using APIs, middleware, and Azure services
• Establish Azure tenant structures, subscription models, environments, and security frameworks that support scalable operations
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for D365 deployments using Azure DevOps, ensuring controlled and efficient releases
• Apply manufacturing domain expertise to guide solution design and integration strategies
• Architect solutions for multi-country rollouts, navigating localisation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Bridge the gap between business vision and technical reality through clear documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with strong focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Exposure to manufacturing processes and multi-country implementations
• Expertise in D365 architecture, integration patterns, and modern integration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Azure tenant setup, environments, security, and governance
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design scalable, secure enterprise solutions
• Excellent communication skills—you can translate complex architectural concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Desirable:

• TOGAF or similar architecture certification
• Experience with Power Platform
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in multi-country deployments
• Experience integrating D365 with diverse ISV solutions
