About the Role:
This role focuses on the technical delivery, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) environments. We are seeking a consultant who prioritizes robust technical foundations and can translate complex requirements into stable, scalable functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- The end-to-end configuration of Oracle Service Cloud, including Business Rules, Workspaces, Workflows, and Custom Attributes.
- Design and maintain integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and external HRIS/ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Open Panel.
- Customize the Customer Portal using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to meet specific UI/UX requirements.
- Execute complex data migrations and ensure data integrity across multi-environment deployments.
- Provide direct technical advisory to stakeholders, focusing on immediate project milestones and system stability.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience with Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow) configuration and administration.
- Proficiency in PHP, .NET, or Java for server-side customizations and add-in development.
- Ability to build advanced Analytics reports and dashboards for operational tracking.
- Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) ecosystem is highly advantageous.
