**The Role:**

As a Full Stack PHP Developer, you will work on a variety of projects, utilising your skills in PHP to develop high-quality web applications. You will have the opportunity to work with Laravel and WordPress, creating customised solutions that meet their clients' unique needs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in a really supportive and creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain custom web applications using PHP, with Laravel and/or WordPress.

- Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to plan and execute dynamic websites and features.

- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.

**What We're Looking For:**

- **Experience:** At least 2 years of PHP development experience. Proficiency in Laravel or WordPress is highly desirable.

- **Skills:** Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- **Location:** Must live within commuting distance of Worcester, as this role requires regular on-site collaboration.

- **Teamwork:** Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work as part of a creative team.
