Salary: £25,000–£34,000 (depending on experience)

A fast-growing, ambitious digital agency is looking to expand its team. The business works with a range of well-known UK brands, delivering high-quality websites, branding, and digital marketing solutions designed to stand out in competitive markets.
The Opportunity
This is a hybrid design and development role suited to a junior or midweight digital creative who enjoys both the visual and technical side of building digital experiences.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team environment where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and develop your skillset across a variety of client work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, high-quality websites and digital experiences across desktop and mobile
- Build responsive websites (e.g. using Webflow or similar platforms)
- Collaborate on branding, creative direction, and UI/UX improvements
- Manage your own workload and deliver projects to deadlines
- Make basic HTML/CSS updates and support responsive design implementation
- Support wider digital activity such as SEO, PPC, or performance optimisation when required
Requirements
- Experience designing and building websites
- Strong visual design skills, with a clean and modern aesthetic
- Familiarity with tools such as Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident communication skills, including client interaction
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to commute to the office in Essex
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship
