🚀 Product Manager – B2C Apps (Health & Fitness)

📍 Central London (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

💰 £50,000 – £75,000 + Up to 50% performance bonus

The Opportunity

We’re working with a fast-growing product studio building AI-powered apps focused on health, fitness, and wellbeing.

Their mission is to create personalised products that genuinely improve people’s lives — helping users build better habits, stay motivated, and feel healthier every day.

They already have multiple live apps and are now scaling quickly, with plans to launch a range of new products across the health and fitness space.

This is an early-stage opportunity with real ownership and the chance to shape products used by thousands, and soon millions.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of key products, working end to end from idea through to launch and optimisation.

This is a fast-moving environment where you’ll ship quickly, learn from users, and continuously improve the experience — with a strong focus on engagement, retention, and personalisation.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for health and fitness - Essential
• 2–5 years’ experience in product management, ideally in consumer or mobile apps
• Strong understanding of user engagement, retention, and subscription models
• Comfortable working closely with users and turning insight into action
• Experience using product analytics tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven decision making
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a bias for action
