Product Manager
Product Manager B2B SaaS | Global Events
📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) | 💼 Permanent | £60,000 – £68,000
We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the global events space, looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of critical digital journeys — with an immediate focus on registration and exhibitor onboarding experiences.
This is a role where you’ll sit at the centre of a complex product ecosystem spanning CRM, event platforms, and customer experience — working closely with CX, UX, Engineering, and commercial teams to simplify and optimise how users engage with live events.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a growing product function within a structured but evolving environment, where product, engineering, CX, and UX are established but ways of working are still maturing.
The high-level roadmap is defined, but there is significant scope to:
- Shape how product is delivered
- Improve fragmented user journeys
- Introduce stronger product thinking and measurement
- Drive both quick wins and longer-term transformation
Your initial focus will be on streamlining the registration and exhibitor journey, improving conversion, usability, and overall experience across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the registration and exhibitor product journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for optimisation
- Translate business and user needs into clear, prioritised product initiatives within an existing roadmap
- Work closely with UX and CX teams to refine customer journeys and simplify complex onboarding processes
- Collaborate with vendor engineering teams to deliver product enhancements in an agile, flexible environment
- Balance short-term improvements with longer-term product evolution
- Define and track success metrics (e.g. conversion rates, NPS, engagement) to measure impact
- Act as a key bridge between commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with B2B SaaS experience.
- Strong experience improving customer journeys, onboarding flows, or conversion funnels
- Comfortable operating in environments where processes are evolving rather than fully defined
- Experience working with third-party vendors or external engineering teams
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic thinking
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to work across sales, marketing, CX, and senior leadership
- Data-aware mindset — able to use insight to inform decisions, even where data is not fully mature
Why This Role?
- Own a business-critical journey with clear commercial impact
- Influence how product is shaped in a developing product function
- Work in a fast-paced, live-events environment where digital directly impacts real-world experiences
- Join a collaborative, high-performing team with strong CX and UX foundations
- Opportunity to make visible improvements quickly while shaping longer-term strategy
Additional Context
- Hybrid working (3 days in office)
- Regular interaction with vendors and exposure to live event environments
- Culture is collaborative, positive, and delivery-focused, with a balance of structure and agility
