Digital Skills are working with a global SaaS and Technology firm delivering enterprise-grade platforms to financial and professional services organisations. The client operates at scale across international markets and is investing in regional field marketing to drive product adoption and customer engagement across the UK and Europe.
About the Role
This is a hands on Field Marketing Co Ordinator role, ideal for a well rounded B2B marketer who enjoys executing campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with UK and European sales and marketing stakeholders, supporting regional programmes that drive awareness, demand, and customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Support field marketing initiatives across the UK and Europe to increase brand awareness and pipeline contribution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns including email, events, ABM, partner marketing, social and digital activity
- Coordinate regional events and conferences, including planning, logistics, vendors and on-site support
- Build, maintain and report on Salesforce dashboards to track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
- Manage email marketing activity, including audience targeting, execution and performance reporting
- Maintain and update social media channels to support campaign activity and engagement
- Collaborate with global marketing, sales and analytics teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Own day to day marketing tasks and deliverables, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in a B2B marketing or field marketing role
- Strong experience in field marketing and campaign execution
- Hands-on email marketing experience within a demand generation environment
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, including dashboards and reporting
- Experience working with marketing automation and social media management tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders across regions and time zones
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team
