This is a high impact leadership role supporting commercial growth across the UK, Europe and LATAM, with responsibility for marketing strategy, campaign execution, major events, team leadership and product go-to-market initiatives.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Field Marketing leader to take ownership of a regional marketing function with significant revenue responsibility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategy, driving SaaS product launches, managing a flagship customer conference and partnering closely with Sales leadership to deliver measurable pipeline growth across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the filed marketing function, ensuring successful delivery of current campaign activity before driving FY27 strategic planning.
  • Partner with regional Sales Directors to define and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies across the UK, Europe and LATAM.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new SaaS and software product launches, including pilot programmes and market introductions.
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation campaigns across ABM, email, partnerships, social media and events.
  • Take full ownership of regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective spend management and return on investment.
  • Lead and deliver a flagship user conference, managing content creation, speaker acquisition, vendor management, delegate recruitment and onsite execution.
  • Collaborate with product, product marketing and sales teams to align messaging and launch activities.
  • Manage and develop a team consisting of two permanent employees and freelance marketing resources.
  • Drive funnel optimisation and improve conversion rates through effective lead management and campaign performance analysis.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM and marketing data quality across Salesforce and associated marketing platforms.
  • Act as a key stakeholder between regional teams and global marketing leadership, ensuring local market requirements are represented.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered marketing tools to increase team productivity and campaign effectiveness.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable Field Marketing leadership experience within a B2B SaaS or software organisation.
  • Proven success delivering go-to-market strategies and launching new software products into market.
  • Minimum eight years of senior B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience managing marketing programmes across multiple international regions, ideally including the UK and Europe.
  • Strong commercial understanding of pipeline generation, lead management, funnel performance and revenue contribution.
  • Hands-on experience owning and delivering customer conferences, industry events or large-scale user events.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
  • Previous line management experience with responsibility for coaching and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and demonstrating marketing ROI.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve marketing operations and productivity.

Summary of the Best Candidate

The ideal candidate will come from a Field Marketing background within a SaaS or software business and will have significant experience driving regional demand generation strategies that directly influence revenue growth. They will be equally comfortable operating at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and remaining hands-on with campaign planning, event delivery and go-to-market execution.

This role would suit a commercially focused marketing leader who has successfully launched software products, managed regional marketing programmes across multiple markets and delivered high-profile customer events. Strong leadership capability, stakeholder management skills and an ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution are essential.
