Up to £80,000 + 10% Bonus
We're hiring a Sun Systems lead to take ownership of a global Sun Systems environment within a fast-moving, multi-entity organisation. This isn't a support role - this is about leadership, optimisation, and driving real finance systems improvement.
If you've led Sun Systems implementations, handled complex integrations, and enjoy being the technical authority in the room, this role gives you the platform to make a visible impact.
The Role
You'll act as the Sun Systems lead, working closely with both Finance and operational stakeholders.
Key focus areas include:
- Leading Sun Systems rollouts for new sites and entities
- Supporting integrations with hospitality and purchasing platforms
- Optimising reporting structures across properties
- Managing escalated technical issues
- Ensuring system stability during busy trading and month-end periods
- Driving process improvement across AP and purchasing workflows
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor Sun Systems (essential)
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, leisure, or multi-site environments
- Background in finance systems, systems accounting, or finance transformation
- Experience with integrations between finance and operational systems
- Ability to work confidently with both finance and property-level stakeholders
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments will be highly beneficial.
Nice to have
- Exposure to SAP Concur, Freshdesk, Blackline, or similar finance tools.
- Adaco, Birchstreet, Opera Cloud, or Micros.
- Excel Skills (including complex formulas and macros)
- API configuration, data mapping, and integration workflows

Up to £80,000 salary

- Hybrid working - 1-2 days per week in the London office (after an initial onboarding month onsite)
