Salesforce Technical Architect – Life Sciences (Salesforce / Veeva)
West London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Up to £110,000 per annum
Digital Skills are pleased to be partnering with a global consumer healthcare and life sciences organisation. They are undergoing a major Salesforce transformation across their commercial and enterprise platforms, and we’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to help build and scale a Life Sciences–focused Salesforce practice in Poland.
This is a senior, strategic role, working with global stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise solutions across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and/or Veeva.
You’ll be one of the first senior hires locally, with a clear mandate to shape the architecture, delivery standards, and team, and grow the practice to 100+ consultants and engineers.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and/or Veeva CRM/Vault solutions
- Own the technical architecture for complex, regulated Life Sciences environments
- Partner with senior global leaders to define the Salesforce Life Sciences roadmap
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Salesforce team in Poznań
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and data governance requirements
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect / Principal Engineer
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and/or Veeva
- Solid Salesforce development skills (Apex, Lightning, JavaScript)
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in regulated industries
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and business leaders
Nice to have
- Experience across both Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva
- Salesforce or Veeva certifications (CTA, Application Architect, Veeva certs)
- Background in large-scale Life Sciences transformation programmes
