Digital Designer

The Role

We’re representing a fast-growing digital agency that blends creative thinking, strategy, and performance to deliver work that truly moves the needle. They’re looking for a Digital Designer to help shape standout campaigns across web, social, and digital platforms - work that not only looks great but delivers measurable results.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, developers, and copywriters to create designs that engage, convert, and perform. You’ll need a strong digital portfolio, experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a sharp eye for detail. Motion or animation skills are a plus.

Skills and Experience

Must-have:

• 3+ years’ experience as a digital designer, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing web, social, and campaign design
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of UX and/or responsive design principles
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
• A passion for creating work that balances beauty and effectiv eness

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and collaboration with developers
• Understanding of performance marketing, data-driven creative, and A/B testing
• Experience in e-commerce or lead generation design
• Interest in new design tools and creative technology
