As a Digital Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital presence. From designing landing pages and digital brochures to coding sleek HTML/CSS/JavaScript elements, you’ll ensure every interaction online is beautifully crafted and user-friendly.

It’s a hands-on, varied role in a fast-paced environment - perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality digital assets: landing pages, email campaigns, digital brochures, and web banners.
• Code responsive layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring excellent functionality across devices.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while elevating digital experiences.
• Balance creativity with precision - producing polished, pixel-perfect designs.
• Adapt quickly to new launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives in a growing business.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• You'll have proven experience in a digital design role within an e-commerce environment.
• With strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• You'll be able to showcase an understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• You'll have a sharp eye for detail in layouts, typography, and digital execution.
• You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business.
• You'll be within commuting distance of Bath, UK.

Desirable:

• You'll have experience working with lifestyle, health, or consumer brands.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimisation.
• A creative flair for customer-focused, engaging designs.
