Senior SEO Manager
We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital businesses to find a Senior SEO Manager who’s ready to take real ownership of organic search and help drive the next phase of growth.

The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the brand’s SEO strategy—developing, implementing, and refining initiatives that increase visibility, traffic, and revenue. Working closely with content creators, marketing, product, and development teams, you’ll make sure SEO is at the heart of every campaign and project.
You’ll use data to guide your decisions, track performance, and continually optimise—managing on-page activity, keyword targeting, content planning, and off-page initiatives. You’ll also keep a close eye on competitor activity, search trends, and algorithm updates to ensure the brand stays one step ahead.
Skills and Experience- Has proven SEO experience across strategy, content, and technical implementation
- Is comfortable using GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Search Console
- Has strong analytical skills and enjoys turning insight into action
- Is confident working cross-functionally with product, content, and marketing teams
- Has experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Is commercially aware, with experience of competitor analysis and performance tracking
- Brings a positive, collaborative approach—someone who adds to the culture, not the noise
