eCommerce Stock Manager
Do you know your F1 podiums from your Grand Slam winners? Can you tell the difference between a 2003 World Cup rugby shirt and a modern replica at a glance? Do you live for sport - not just watching it, but talking about it, collecting it, and being part of its story?
If the answer’s yes, I’m working on a role you’ll want to hear about. I’m recruiting for a fast-growing sports memorabilia and collectibles business looking to bring in a hands-on Ecommerce Stock & Listing Manager - someone who can turn incredible sporting items into premium online listings and manage the full journey of each product, from the moment it arrives to the moment it ships to a collector.
This is a role made for someone who thrives in a varied, physical, and digital workspace. You’ll be taking charge of uploading new stock to the website, photographing signed shirts, boots, bats and more, managing inventory using Google Sheets, and keeping the warehouse organised and accurate. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that ensures each piece of memorabilia is well-presented, well-tracked and ready to make an impact online.
Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you’ll need a mix of practical ability, digital know-how and genuine sporting passion.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A strong personal interest in sport, ideally across football, rugby, F1, cricket, golf and tennis
- Experience with Google Sheets (or Excel) for stock tracking and inventory management
- Confidence photographing products with a good eye for presentation and detail
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
- A hands-on mindset — comfortable moving between stockroom tasks and digital uploads
- High attention to detail when handling high-value or limited-edition items
- A proactive, reliable work ethic with a willingness to roll your sleeves up
Bonus points if you have basic photo editing skills or previous experience working in a warehouse or ecommerce setting, but these aren’t deal-breakers - the right attitude and interest in the products is what counts most.
BenefitsYou’ll be working with a product range most fans only dream of - rare, exclusive sports memorabilia that genuinely excites. You’ll join a tight-knit, growing team where your input makes a real difference. Expect a relaxed and flexible working environment, staff discounts on signed gear, the chance to attend live signings and events, and real room to grow as the company continues to scale.
Sound Good?If this sounds like your kind of opportunity - and you’d love to combine your love of sport with hands-on ecommerce and stock management - I’d love to hear from you. Click the apply button to send Nick @ Digital Tonic your CV
