Business Development Manager

Digital Waffle are looking for a Business Development Manager for a UK-based IT services company helping businesses with managed IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation to help find and win new business. This hybrid role includes working from home, spending time at their Birmingham office, and meeting clients face to face. You'll focus on building strong relationships and promoting our full range of IT services.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT services
• A good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A self-starting attitude and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline

£35 - £45k + uncapped commission | Hybrid working | Full time
