Desktop Support Engineer

Fully Remote

Salary: £25k - £28k

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a growing IT team.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their IT career, gain hands-on experience, and build their skills across a variety of client environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing on-site desktop support to end users

• Troubleshooting Windows 10 & Windows 11 devices

• Supporting Apple Mac users and resolving Mac OS issues

• Setting up desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Assisting users with general IT support issues including logins, software, and connectivity problems

• Delivering a professional and customer-focused support experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong desktop support experience

• Solid knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11

• Apple Mac / Mac OS support experience is essential

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to work independently on-site

• Reliable with flexibility to travel across London when required
