A growing B2B marketing agency is looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join its CRM & Data team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on designing, implementing and optimising HubSpot and connected MarTech solutions for B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver HubSpot CRM solutions aligned to client goals
  • Support pre-sales through demos and technical scoping
  • Implement workflows, automations and integrations
  • Manage data migration, governance and enrichment
  • Perform technology audits and best-practice recommendations
  • Build dashboards and reporting
  • Train internal teams and clients

Key requirements

  • 3+ years in agency, consultancy or specialist role
  • Strong experience with HubSpot administration, APIs and integrations
  • 2+ years’ hands-on HubSpot experience
  • Experience onboarding complex HubSpot environments
  • Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable

  • HubSpot certifications (or willingness to gain)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo or Pardot
