Project Manager

The role: Cyber Security Project Manager

Fully Remote

We’re working with a growing cybersecurity consultancy that specialises in SIEM and Vulnerability Management solutions for enterprise customers across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire a Cyber Security Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and delivery projects across a range of security technology implementations.

This role will primarily focus on Rapid7 technology deployments, alongside wider SIEM and Vulnerability Management projects. The business is not looking for someone deeply hands-on technically, but they do need somebody who understands the cyber security space, can confidently manage stakeholders, and coordinate successful client delivery projects from onboarding through to rollout.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for cyber security clients
  • Coordinating internal consulting and technical delivery teams throughout deployments
  • Running customer meetings, project updates and stakeholder communications
  • Managing project timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery roadmaps
  • Supporting SIEM and Vulnerability Management deployments across client environments
  • Working closely with customers to ensure successful adoption of Rapid7 technologies and managed security services

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering projects within cyber security, IT services, SaaS or technology environments
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing onboarding, implementation, deployment or rollout projects
  • Understanding of SIEM, Vulnerability Management or SOC-related services
  • Exposure to Rapid7, InsightVM, InsightIDR or similar security platforms would be highly beneficial
  • Organised, delivery-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced customer environment
  • Likely suited to someone in the earlier-to-mid stages of their Project Management career rather than a highly senior programme leader

Why join?

  • Fully remote working
  • High-growth cybersecurity environment
  • Opportunity to work on impactful security transformation projects
  • Collaborative and modern culture
  • Strong progression opportunities within a specialist security consultancy
