Sales Director – Cybersecurity (Enterprise)
London - Remote
Salary £95,000 - £105,000 (OTE £200k+)
We are partnering with a high-growth international cybersecurity vendor delivering advanced security solutions to enterprise and upper mid-market organisations across EMEA.
Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Sales Director to lead a regional enterprise team, drive strategic account growth, and accelerate new logo acquisition.
This is a revenue-owning leadership role combining team development and hands-on involvement in complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own regional revenue targets and growth strategy
- Drive new business and expansion within strategic accounts
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Improve pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy and deal governance
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel and Marketing
- Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy
Experience
- 10+ years B2B technology sales experience
- Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity sales teams
- Proven track record of consistent ARR growth
- Experience selling complex security solutions into large organisations
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles
- Experience engaging CISO, CIO and Risk stakeholders
Security Domain Exposure
Cloud Security, Network Security, EDR/XDR, IAM, Zero Trust, SIEM/SOC, Application Security
