Sales Director – Cybersecurity (Enterprise)

London - Remote

Salary £95,000 - £105,000 (OTE £200k+)

We are partnering with a high-growth international cybersecurity vendor delivering advanced security solutions to enterprise and upper mid-market organisations across EMEA.

Due to continued expansion, they are hiring a Sales Director to lead a regional enterprise team, drive strategic account growth, and accelerate new logo acquisition.

This is a revenue-owning leadership role combining team development and hands-on involvement in complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Own regional revenue targets and growth strategy
  • Drive new business and expansion within strategic accounts
  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Improve pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy and deal governance
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel and Marketing
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy

Experience

  • 10+ years B2B technology sales experience
  • Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity sales teams
  • Proven track record of consistent ARR growth
  • Experience selling complex security solutions into large organisations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles
  • Experience engaging CISO, CIO and Risk stakeholders

Security Domain Exposure

Cloud Security, Network Security, EDR/XDR, IAM, Zero Trust, SIEM/SOC, Application Security
