Security Consultant

Penetration Tester (Mid-Level) – Fully Remote

Salary: Up to £65,000

Our client is a growing security consultancy looking for a skilled Penetration Tester to join their team in a fully remote role. You’ll deliver high-quality security assessments across web applications, APIs, and infrastructure environments, helping clients identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration tests across web apps, APIs, internal/external infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Produce clear technical reports with practical remediation advice
• Support clients during remediation and retesting activities
• Contribute to methodology improvements and internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in penetration testing within a consultancy or internal security team
• Strong hands-on skills in web application, API, and infrastructure testing
• CREST certifications required, including CRT and CPSA (or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and testing tools
• Strong communication and report writing skills
