This role sits at the core of our business, where data isn’t just a resource — it’s the engine powering our product innovation, customer experience, and revenue growth.

About the Role

As part of our high-performing Data Insight Team, you’ll be working with large datasets to extract critical trends, uncover growth opportunities, and drive fast-paced, data-informed decision-making. You'll influence key business strategies, using insights to directly shape product performance and customer satisfaction.

If you’re someone who loves the challenge of turning raw data into actionable change — and wants the autonomy to make a real difference — this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning end-to-end analysis projects: from data ingestion and refinement to insight delivery.
  • Driving pricing and revenue optimisation initiatives using internal and external datasets.
  • Leading continuous improvement cycles through test-and-learn frameworks.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to influence decisions at board level.
  • Reporting on trends and insights using Power BI, SQL, and Excel (VBA/macros).

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years of analytical experience, ideally in pricing, revenue, or e-commerce environments.
  • Background in industries such as airlines, car rental, comparison shopping portals, or DTC brands is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record working with large data sets and multiple data sources (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Graduate with a 2:1 or higher in a Maths, Statistics, or similar numerate discipline.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel (including VBA/macros) are essential.
  • Python experience is a bonus.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to present insights and recommendations at the executive level.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a data-led, high-growth company where your work directly influences company success.
  • Autonomy from day one — we value thinkers and doers who take ownership.
  • Clear progression to executive-level opportunities in a business that values results.
  • A collaborative culture where ideas are welcomed, and curiosity is rewarded.
