Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Software Developer to join a leading organisation in the audit and finance sector - based in the Crawley Area.

In this role, you’ll enhance and maintain automated business processes, user workflows, and financial logic within internal software platforms. You’ll work closely with developers and product owners to deliver efficient, high-quality workflow solutions across a bespoke enterprise system. Strong technical foundations using technologies such as C# & Python are essential.

Job Title: Software Engineer – Near Crawley / Horsham

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 | 12-month FTC

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on scripting/programming skills (C#, Python & Powershell etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Understanding of system components and how they interact
• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with workflow or automation tools (desirable)
• Familiarity with financial systems, debugging, or testing practices (desirable)
