We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a growing cybersecurity team, supporting enterprise clients in maximising the value of their security investments. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of managed service customers.
You’ll take ownership of technical client relationships, ensuring security solutions are effectively deployed, optimised, and aligned to each organisation’s risk profile and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with enterprise customers
- Provide guidance on cloud and endpoint security across modern IT environments
- Lead regular service reviews, presenting insights, performance metrics, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to enhance or expand security services based on client needs
- Work closely with internal security, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure high service standards
- Act as a point of escalation for technical queries and ongoing service improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within cyber security, ideally in a client-facing or advisory role
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A consultative approach with a focus on long-term client value
- Experience working within managed services, IT services, or security environments
