Technical Support Specialist | Guildford | Onsite
Salary: £32k - £40k
I’m currently working with a well-established professional services organisation that’s looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their growing IT team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies.
Tech Stack Includes:
• Microsoft 365
• Intune
• Windows 10/11
• Azure / Entra ID
• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Exchange Online
• Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive
• ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Halo, FreshService etc.)
The Role:
• Providing 1st & 2nd Line support
• Troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
• Supporting users in an ITIL-driven environment
• Working closely with infrastructure teams and third parties
• Contributing to process improvements and documentation
• Acting as an escalation point where required
Ideal Background:
• Previous Service Desk / IT Support experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 support skills
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID & Active Directory
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems
Desirable:
• Intune
• AVD / Azure exposure
• PowerShell
• HaloITSM
• Professional services or regulated environment experience
