Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE + benefits

Digitally Disruptive are seeking a Front-End Designer/Developer to join our award-winning digital marketing agency.

We’re looking for someone with outstanding design skills who is organised, passionate, and motivated to deliver exceptional results. You’ll play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life across a variety of high-profile projects, working collaboratively with our established delivery team of developers, designers, and marketers.

The Role

As a Front-End Designer/Developer, you’ll be the bridge between design and development, transforming bold creative ideas into seamless, high-quality digital experiences.

You’ll work across a diverse range of projects, including websites, ecommerce platforms, digital campaigns, and email marketing, ensuring everything you create is responsive, scalable, and user-focused.

About You

You’re an experienced Front-End Developer/Designer with:

• Exceptional design skills and a strong eye for detail
• Advanced Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator skills
• WordPress and Shopify expertise (Magento 2 knowledge a plus)
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable, elegant solutions
• Experience creating responsive, user-first layouts
• Knowledge of web performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Email design and build capability
• Confidence in working with clients, managing projects, and meeting deadlines
• A full UK driving licence
