About &Dine

&Dine is the online food marketplace connecting London's best independent food businesses (we call them Makers) with companies who want fresh, authentic food in the workplace. Every order on our platform puts real money into the hands of independent caterers, chefs, and food entrepreneurs, and puts great food in front of teams who'd otherwise be staring at another beige buffet. We're not London's biggest workplace catering marketplace yet, but we're the hungriest to get there.

We own all of our own technology, which means the ceiling on what we can build is set only by the people building it. That's where you come in.

The role

You'll be the first Product Manager at &Dine, working alongside the Head of Product, and you'll own the supply side of our marketplace end to end. Your mission is simple to say and hard to do: make the supply side of &Dine best in class.

Being first is the point. There's no playbook to inherit and no backlog handed down. You'll build genuine understanding of our Makers and our operations team, turn that understanding into a roadmap, and ship things that measurably move the business. You'll also help shape what the product function itself becomes as we grow.

What you'll own

For our Makers

  • The tools Makers use to manage their presence on &Dine: their shop, menus, pricing, dietary and allergen information, and availability.
  • The order preparation and fulfilment experience on delivery day, when it matters most.
  • Making sure Makers have everything they need to deliver brilliant service to end customers, every time.

For our operations team

  • The internal tools our ops team uses to support Makers day to day.
  • Maker insights and reporting, so we understand supply-side health at a glance.
  • The systems behind our courier network, so every order gets from Maker to customer smoothly.

What success looks like

In your first 3 months, you've built real ground truth. You've spent time in Makers' kitchens, shadowed the ops team through live delivery days, and ridden along on the courier side. You know where the friction lives, not from tickets, but from watching it happen.

By 6 months, that understanding has become a roadmap with a clear “why” behind every line, and you've shipped your first meaningful improvements, with the metrics to show they moved supply-side health rather than just the changelog.

By 12 months, Makers and the ops team see product as their champion. The supply side is measurably stronger: better retention, smoother delivery days, fewer fires. And you've helped shape how the product function itself works as it grows beyond one PM and a Head of Product.

Who you are

  • Mission-driven. You care about &Dine’s mission and you're excited to scale both the product and the product function itself.
  • A craftsperson. You hold a high bar for product quality because that’s just who you are but also because our Makers do too.
  • Impact-first. You'd rather solve a problem that moves a number than ship a flashy feature that doesn't. No innovation theatre.
  • Close to the ground. You believe the best roadmaps come from time spent with real users, and you'll put in that time with Makers and ops, not just read the tickets.
  • Fluent in data. You're highly comfortable defining metrics, digging into the numbers, and letting evidence settle debates.
  • A strong communicator. You can bring stakeholders with you, up to and including C-suite level.
  • Biased to action. You'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for certainty.
  • You have at least 3 years of product management experience. Marketplace, logistics, or B2B experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
