Chief Revenue Officer / Commercial Director (NW-based) – IT/Comms Managed Services provider

Our client is a high growth, NW-based, PE-backed provider of networking and managed services to the Public Sector. Their core sectors include Central and Local Government, NHS, Education and Blue Light services. Their ambition is to double revenues and EBITDA in 5 years and in order to achieve this, they are now seeking a high calibre CRO with significant Public Sector sales experience to join the SLT.

Experience required:

  • Led Public Sector Sales in an IT or Telco business
  • Based in the North / North West as the role is mainly office based
  • Set commercial strategies and consistently hit targets
  • Proven experience of building teams and significantly increasing revenues
  • SME experience essential
  • PE experience is desirable
  • Collegiate, inspirational team leader

The Role:

  • Lead organic growth
  • Build strategy / plan and execute it
  • Combination of new logos and cross selling to current customers
  • Manage both customers and partners
  • Lead Public Sector frameworks
  • Expand geography from NW
  • Manage sales team
  • Lead marketing too
