Logitech is seeking a highly skilled
Education Content Developer to design and develop engaging e-learning content that empowers our customers, partners, and internal teams. This role will focus on creating high-quality product training and solution-selling courses using industry-leading tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-learning design, experience with major Learning Management Systems (LMS), and a strong portfolio demonstrating success in delivering interactive and impactful training content.
Key Responsibilities - E-Learning Content Development : Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Synthesia .
- Product & Solution Training : Create engaging training materials that support Logitech's product education strategy, focusing on product features, use cases, and solution selling .
- LMS Management : Upload, manage, and track course performance within a major LMS such as Adobe Learning Manager or Absorb LMS .
- Multimedia Production : Develop video-based learning experiences, leveraging AI-powered video creation tools like Synthesia to enhance engagement.
- Instructional Design : Apply best practices in instructional design, adult learning theories, and gamification to enhance knowledge retention and learner experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams, and product managers to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization : Analyze learner data and feedback to continuously improve training content and measure success against KPIs.
- Remote Learning & Engagement : Optimise content for a remote learning audience , ensuring accessibility, interactivity, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience in e-learning content development , with a portfolio showcasing training materials related to product training and solution selling .
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Synthesia, and other e-learning authoring tools .
- Experience managing a major LMS , such as Adobe Learning Manager or Absorb LMS .
- Strong instructional design skills , including knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and responsive design for online training.
- Ability to develop interactive, engaging, and visually appealing content for diverse learning audiences.
- Knowledge of AI-driven video production and multimedia learning strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment .
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with gamification, VR/AR learning , or AI-driven learning enhancements.
- Familiarity with Logitech's product ecosystem or experience in the technology sector .
- Certifications in instructional design, e-learning development, or LMS administration .
